Pat Fant is an American humorist and 2011 Inductee into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame.  As Senior Fellow Otis, he leads a scholarly collection of high-functioning Southern assets at the nation’s only Discount Think Tank & Bait Camp. Otis enjoys long walks on the beach, White Russians, red sodie water and voting without an ID.

“We thought we would make millions in the bait coin game, but when that didn’t happen, we started taking on important sounding Think Tank assignments here at the bait camp. “We’re always on hot standby for the next big radio story as the country edges closer to the quickening,” explained Otis. “You want artificial intelligence?
